Eat healthy meat, chicken, whole grains, raw vegetables and fruits. Eat beans, seeds, and nuts – almonds and sesame seeds are the best. Keep drinking water throughout the day. Eat parsley, green vegetables, watercress, alfalfa, carrots, kale, squash, sweet potatoes, and spinach.

One other thing this is good to eat is cultured yogurt, which provides good bacteria for your mouth.

Foods that take a long time to digest and that don’t digest properly will cause bad breath. These foods are meat, processed foods, junk food, and fried foods. Avoid sweet foods, which lead to poor tooth health. Other foods that cause bad breath are onions, cheese, cured meats, anchovies, garlic, and spicy foods. You also know what foods leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Bad Breath Natural Remedies

  1. Liquid Chlorophyll – use one to two ounces in eight ounce of water with the juice of one lemon. Drink this every morning or after meals. After a meal you can drink less than 8 oz. After you drink this mixture, rinse out your mouth with water to eliminate the lemon acid in your mouth which tends to eat away tooth enamel.

  2. Xylitol – use this natural sweetener as a rinse after meals to get rid of bad bacteria.

  3. Digestive enzymes and probiotics – use these nutrient before or after each meal.  This will help you digest your food better and keep your body cleaner and healthier. You can also open a digestive enzymes and probiotics capsule in water and then rinse out your mouth. This will digest residue food and provide your mouth with good bacteria.
